How long does shipping take?
- We don't like to over promise and under deliver. We would love to ship all orders right away but that won't be the case all the time. All orders are are generally shipped in the U.S. within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends not included. Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less.You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out. You will be able to track it’s arrival this way. Please allow up to 24 hours from the order date for tracking information. We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are final on all intimate products due to health concerns and restrictions. If you receive an item from us that is not in presentable condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided in a timely manner. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
